Southard

The language of the south. Southard is very commonly spoken as a trade language except on the Cantirian Sea and northward into the Cirges Mountains.

Southard is spoken throughout Thondria (except Thutondy), Glanacia, Gordony, Tuland, the Tursies, the Sendonies, Clausa, Borsetta, Mausland, Morta, Sollest and Grocia.

Southard can be likened to an amalgam of French, Spanish and Italian. It has somewhat more lyrical, rolling sounds, and is often used for singing even in Nordard-speaking countries.
